The Client has chosen to retain the services of Campus Creative Corporation, operating as “Campus Creative” (CCC). This establishes a Client Relationship between the Client and CCC which shall be governed by the terms of this Retainer Agreement. Such terms may be modified by CCC in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and for any reason pursuant to the Process for Amendment of Terms.
