THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is dated as of , 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Vavrinek, Trine, Day & Company, LLP, hereinafter referred to as the “AUDITOR” and Moulton Niguel Water District hereinafter referred to as “MNWD”.
