Ross Street, Second Floor, Santa Ana, CA 92701 (hereinafter “County”) and FIS Capital Markets US LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, having its principal place of business at 601 Riverside Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32204 (hereinafter “FIS”, “SunGard” or “Contractor”), which are sometimes individually referred to as “Party”, or collectively as “Parties”.
