These terms of service are a binding agreement (this “Agreement” or “Terms of Service”) entered into between JAMF Software, LLC and its Affiliates (“Jamf,” “we” or “us”) and the entity or person identified on any purchase order for Services, which is signed or otherwise confirmed in writing by Jamf (the “Customer” or “you” and the “Order,” respectively). Jamf and Customer will be collectively referred to as the “Parties,” and each a “Party.” This Agreement can be entered by (i) Customer clicking through this Agreement electronically in the Services, (ii) the Parties entering into an Order referencing this Agreement, or (iii) Customer using the Services. The Parties mutually agree to be bound by this Agreement. Each Order shall be mutually agreed to and entered into between the Parties. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the Services. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, not to accept every customer or enter into any certain purchase
