THIS ARTICULATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into on December 1, 2019 by and between The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (“UTC”) and Lee University (“Lee”). The parties desire to enter into a partnership that promotes academic opportunity through this Agreement. The Agreement between UTC and Lee is to be periodically reviewed every three (3) years or by the request of either institution, and revised, if necessary, by the partner institutions.
