Contractor shall perform, or cause to be performed, construction services for single-family and multi-family residential structures as authorized under the Contract and described in the Scope of Work and Budget attached hereto as Attachment A (the “Work”). Contractor shall perform all Work in accordance with the Contract and all Attachments; this Work Order and all Attachments; and all applicable rules and requirements of the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant – Mitigation (“CDBG-MIT”) program, including the Nonexclusive List of Applicable Laws, Rules, and Regulations, attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes as Attachment B.
