The terms in Sections 1 and 2 of this Subscription Services Additional Terms exhibit (“Additional Terms”) apply to any Subscription Services included on a Statement of Work (“SOW”). The terms in the remaining Sections apply to specific Subscription Services as reflected on an SOW. All applicable terms are incorporated into and are part of the master Client Services Agreement between Client and Netrix (“Agreement”) and all applicable SOWs. In the event of a conflict between the SOW, these Additional Terms and/or the Agreement, the order of precedence shall be the applicable SOW, these Additional Terms, and then the Agreement.
