2023, by and between the City of Chicago, an Illinois home rule municipality (the “City”), and Commonwealth Edison Company, an Illinois corporation and an Illinois public and electric utility (“ComEd”), (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”), concerning cooperation and collaboration by the Parties to achieve certain energy and equity goals as more fully set forth herein.
