EXHIBIT 10.1 1 FIRST AMENDMENT TO SENIOR SECURED PROMISSORY NOTE This FIRST AMENDMENT TO SENIOR SECURED PROMISSORY NOTE (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of January 10, 2024, by and among MARIADB PLC, an Irish public limited company, as Issuer, the other Note Parties party hereto and RP Ventures LLC, as Agent and Holder.
