Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (also known by its mark “HIPPY”), is a home-based program designed for parents to provide educational enrichment for their preschool children, thereby increasing parents’ awareness of their own strength and potential as home educators (the “HIPPY Program”). The HIPPY Program was initiated and developed at the NCJW Research Institute for Innovation in Education at the School of Education of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (“The Hebrew University”). HIPPY (CY) International Ltd. of Israel (“HIPPY International”) was granted the exclusive right with the right to sublicense, by Yissum Research Development Company of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Ltd. (“YISSUM”) to operate a network of HIPPY sites and the HIPPY Program in the United States.
