This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) for the SMART Fleet Facility Expansion Project (“Project”) is made and entered into on this day of 2023 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Wilsonville, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and Pivot Architecture PC, an Oregon corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”).
