This agreement defines the conditions under which Friendly Crossways LLC (also referred to as We or FC LLC) and the below named party (hereafter referred to as You or Client) agree to the client's use of Friendly Crossways' facilities on the date listed below. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and becomes binding upon the signature of the named client and FC LLC. The contract may not be amended or changed unless executed in writing and signed by both FC LLC and the client.
