THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this day of 2016, by and between the CITY OF ORLANDO, a Florida municipal corporation established under the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as "the City") with a principal address of 400 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32801, and the University of Central Florida Research Foundation, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency" or “UCFRF”), a Florida 501(c)3 not for profit corporation and direct support organization acting as an instrumentality of the University of Central Florida Board of Trustees (“UCF”), for the benefit of The National Entrepreneur Center (hereinafter referred to as “NEC”), with a principal address of 12201 Research Pkwy, Ste. 501, Orlando, Florida 32826.
