This Network Integration Transmission Service Agreement ("Service Agreement") is entered into this 1st day of November, 2010, by and between Sunflower Electric Power Corporation ("Network Customer "), and Southwest Power Pool, Inc. ("Transmission Provider"). The Network Customer and Transmission Provider shall be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as "Parties."
