THIS CONTAINER AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) by and among Zippy Shell Incorporated (“Zippy Shell”), the Franchisee(s) (as described below), and “Customer”, whose name and addresses are set forth in the Addendum, is effective as of the date Customer accepts this Agreement by returning a signed copy of the Addendum to Zippy Shell, or the date the Container(s) are dropped off in accordance with this Agreement, whichever is earlier (the “Effective Date”), for the purpose of storing and/or transporting Container(s) on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
