This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is an agreement between you, the end user (“Licensee”) (either an individual or a single entity) and Creative Learning (Norwich) Ltd trading as ‘LJ Create’ (“Licensor”) for any of the products identified above, which are accessible via the Internet or on the supplied media and may include computer software, associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation (the “Products”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using any of the Products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use and/or install the Products.
