ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. Supplier agrees to be bound by and to comply with all terms set forth in these Sourcing Terms and Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”) and in the Agreement to which these terms are attached. All capitalized terms used in these Terms & Conditions that are not defined in the Terms & Conditions have the same meaning as in the Agreement. The “Buyer” under these Terms and Conditions may be SUEZ WTS USA, Inc.
