Verizon Maryland Inc., f/k/a Bell Atlantic - Maryland, Inc. (“VERIZON”), a Maryland corporation with offices at 1 East Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202, and LightWave Communications, LLC a Delaware corporation with offices at 14504 Greenview Drive, Suite 302, Laurel, MD 20708 (“LightWave”), enter into this Supplemental Agreement No. 1 regarding UNE Remand Order, dated as of May 11, 2001 (this “Supplemental Agreement No. 1”) (each of VERIZON and LightWave being referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
