The Superintendent recommends approval and authorization to sign the engagement letter dated August 7, 2021 (“Engagement Letter”) between the Worthington City School District Board of Education (the “Board”) and Eastman & Smith Ltd. (“Attorney”) to provide ancillary legal services to the Board as part of the Board’s participation in the joint purchasing consortium (the “2021-2022 School Consortium”) pursuant to the Community Technical Assistance Program of the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio (“SWACO”).
