COMPREHENSIVE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ANDComprehensive Memorandum of Understanding • September 28th, 2017
The wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment set forth in this Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") have been discussed and jointly proposed by and between the City of Lynwood ("City"), by and through the City's Municipal Employee Relations Officer, and representatives of the Lynwood Employees Management Group (hereinafter "Group"), and shall apply to all employees of the City working in the classifications as set forth herein. The wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment set forth in this MOU have been discussed in good faith between the City and Group, and the Municipal Employee Relations Officer agrees to recommend to the Lynwood City Council that all of the wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment as set forth herein be incorporated in full in a resolution of the City Council or, where appropriate, in a policy statement.
