This Community School Contract (the "Contract") is entered into pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3314 of the Ohio Revised Code, effective July 1, 2016, by and between the Thomas B. Fordham Foundation (hereinafter the "SPONSOR") and the Governing Authority (hereinafter the "GOVERNING AUTHORITY") of Dayton Leadership Academies – Dayton View, located at 1416 W. Riverview Ave, Dayton, Ohio 45402 (hereinafter the "Community School").
