This Player2Player Contractor Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and among Player2Player LLC (the “Company”) and (the “Coach”) and [Fill in if Coach is under 18 years of age or cross out if N/A], as parent/guardian of the Coach if the Coach is under 18 years of age (the “Guardian”) (the Coach and the Guardian, when applicable, shall be collectively referred to herein for all purposes as the “Coach”).
