THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 2013, by and between the City of Glendale, a municipal corporation (“Glendale”), and the City of Burbank, a municipal corporation (“Burbank”), hereinafter also referred to as “Party” or “Parties” collectively, is intended to guide and facilitate interconnection of the Parties’ respective fiber optic networks to further their mutual communications needs.
