In consideration of the agreement herein, The Boat House (herein after referred to as the LESSOR) agrees to lease to the undersigned (herein after referred to as the LESSEE) the vessel and equipment as described herein. In the event the craft is not returned at the time specified herein, Lessee agrees to pay for OVERTIME CHARGES AT A RATE OF $75.00 PER HALF HOUR for every half hour starting after 4:00 or the last hour of the contracted half day start time. Return time is listed above.
