This agreement (the "Agreement") between you ("You" or "End-User"), and The Risk Management Association ("RMA"), governs Your use of this website (the "Site"), and sets forth the terms and conditions under which You may use the product made available through the Site (the "Product"). The Product is comprised of certain financial statement information and software developed and owned by RMA. The Site and the Product are made available to You provided You comply with all terms and conditions set forth below. Unless earlier terminated, this Agreement will expire on the last day of October of the current year (the "Expiration Date").
