This document sets out the terms of the warranty (“the Warranty”), offered by ITS Innotech Solar Module GmbH, Orionstraße 1, D-06184 Kabelsketal, Germany, as the warrantor (hereinafter called "ITS“) for ITS modules which are purchased by the end-user as from the 1st of March, 2013 within the territory of Switzerland or a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the Organization of American States (OAS) (“Warranty Area”).
