THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of this day of , 2018 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Westchester Park District, an Illinois unit of local government with its principal place of business at 10201 Bond Street, Westchester, Illinois 60154 (the “Park District”), and the Village of Westchester, an Illinois municipality with its principal place of business at 10300 W. Roosevelt Road, Westchester, Illinois 60154 ( the "Village"), and GK Events, LLC, an Illinois Limited Liability Company with its principal place of business at 7899 Farmingdale Drive, Darien, Illinois 60561 (“GK Events”). The Park District, and the Village and GK Events are hereinafter sometimes individually referred to as a "Party" or collectively as "Parties."
