This professional services agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") is made and entered by and between the PUERTO RlCO TOURISM COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as the "COMPANY"), a government corporation of the GOVERNMENT of Puerto Rico, existing and authorized to execute this Agreement by virtue of Act Number 10 enacted on June 18, 1970, as amended (23 L.P.R.A. 671 et seq.), represented herein by its Executive Director, Jose R. lzquierdo Rodriguez, of legal age, single, attorney and resident of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
