BOONE STUDENT PARKING AGREEMENT2020-2021 (updated June 23, 2020)THE STUDENT OR A FAMILY MEMBER OVER THE AGE OF 21 MUST BRING THIS FORM COMPLETED AND SIGNED WITH OBLIGATIONS CLEARED BY THE MEDIA CENTER, ALONG WITH THE FOLLOWING ITEMS TO PURCHASE A PARKING DECAL:1. Valid identification for student including current driver’s license and Boone Student ID. If a family member is making the purchase, a valid photo ID is required as well.2. Current car registration that must be registered in the name of parent, guardian or self.3. Current proof of insurance.4. The only form of payment that will be accepted will be SchoolPay online payment service at https://www.schoolpay.com. If you are purchasing a senior totem pole space you will have two transactions; $75 for the space and $15 for personalization. All regular parking spaces (Senior non-personalized and Junior lot) cost $75. You will need to provide a copy of your receipt (digital or printed) for verification of purchase. Use
