This Task Order No. 9 between Landrum & Brown, Inc. (“Consultant”) and the City of Minot (“City”) is governed by the Professional Services Agreement (“MSA”) in effect between the parties and, upon execution of this Task Order by both parties, is incorporated therein pursuant to PSA Section 1 “Services”. All terms and conditions of the PSA shall apply to this Task Order unless clearly stated to the contrary herein.
