PERSONNEL SERVICES Regulation 4832 CR Employee Welfare Teacher/School Board Communications Agreement Recognition 1. The President of FHEA will be notified of all official Board of Education meetings and sent materials at the same time as the members of the Board. FHEA will extend the same courtesies to the Board. 2. FHEA recognizes the Board as the representatives of the public for the purposes of providing for the education of students in the District consistent with societal needs and the prudent expenditures of public funds, and for the assessment of the outcomes of the District’s system of public education. 3.
