This Student Affiliation Agreement (“Agreement”) between Franklin Township Public Schools (“Participating Site”) , and Teachers College, Columbia University, a New York State not-for-profit institution of higher education with its principal office located at 525 West 120th Street, New York, NY 10027 (“College”) is effective as of September 1, 2023 (“Effective Date”). Participating Site and College is each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties.”
