This is a Subrecipient Agreement (“Agreement”), made and entered into by and between City of Pompano Beach, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida (“City”) and CITY OF SUNRISE, a political subdivision of the State of Florida “Subrecipient”), (collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
