This Catering Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is between South Orange County Community College District, on behalf of Irvine Valley College (“District”), at 28000 Marguerite Parkway, Mission Viejo CA 92692, a California community college district and political subdivision of the State of California, and The Habit Restaurants LLC (“Contractor”), at 17320 Red Hill Ave., Suite #140 Irvine, California 92614. District and Contractor are also referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as “Party.”
