This Amended and Restated Chief of Police Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Doreen Jokerst (or the “Chief” or “Chief of Police”) and The Regents of the University of Colorado, a body corporate, (the “University”) on behalf of the University of Colorado Boulder’s (“CU Boulder”) Police Department (the “Police Department” or “CUPD”).
