This Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between Guidehouse, LLP (“Guidehouse”), located at 1800 Tysons Blvd., 7th Floor, McLean, Virginia 22102-4257, and the Bureau of Legislative Research (“BLR”), located in the State Capitol Building, Room 315, 500 Woodlane Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201.
