The purpose of this Agreement is to make available to the Grantee funds to design and implement a stormwater management BMP which will be implemented in a subsequent grant period. Pursuant to Section 319(h) (“Section 319(h)”) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.; “Clean Water Act”), the Department has received an award from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) for implementation of nonpoint source pollution management programs in the total amount of $2,272,200, CFDA #66.4
