This Separation and Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Sean M. Lannon (“Executive”) and Axalta Coating Systems Ltd., a Bermuda exempted limited liability company (the “Company” and as the context requires the Company shall include the Company’s subsidiaries) (collectively, referred to as the “Parties” or individually referred to as a “Party”).
