The undersigned, on its own behalf, and, if applicable, on behalf of those for whom the undersigned is contracting hereunder as trustee or agent (the “Purchaser”) hereby acknowledges that the Issuer is proceeding with a private placement of up to 2,500,000 common shares (“Common Shares”) at a price of $0.10 per Common Share in the capital of the Issuer, subject and pursuant to the terms set out in the “Terms” and the “General Provisions” contained herein and the Schedules which are annexed hereto and which form a part hereof.
