If the Land Use Permit (“Permit”) is approved by Eklutna, Inc. (“Eklutna”), access and use of lands owned by Eklutna (“Permit Area”) by the Permit user (“Permittee”) is subject to Permittee’s strict adherence to the below terms and conditions. If the Permittee is under the age of 18, then a parent or legal guardian shall be jointly named as the Permittee, must acknowledge and agree on behalf of the minor to the terms of use listed below, and is responsible for ensuring the minor complies with the terms of use.
