In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, located at 300 E Street SW, Washington, DC 20546 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA") and Academy of Model Aeronautics located at 5161 E. Memorial Dr., Muncie, IN 47302-9050 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "AMA"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
