This is a License between The American College of Physicians, Inc. (“ACP”), with offices at 190 N. Independence Mall West, Philadelphia, PA 19106, and Council of Prairie and Pacific Libraries (COPPUL), with offices at Room 219, Humanities and Social Sciences Division, Koerner Library, University of British Columbia, 1958 Main Mall, Vancouver, BC V6T 1Z2. COPPUL represents the Institutions, listed in Appendix A (Members), in this License. The Members in Appendix A have appointed COPPUL to act as its representative in procuring and administering the business terms of this License.
