STATE OF UTAH COOPERATIVE CONTRACT AMENDMENT AMENDMENT #: 1CONTRACT #: MA985Starting Date: 9/16/2019Expiration Date: 9/15/2021 TO BE ATTACHED AND MADE PART OF the specified contract by and between the State of Utah Division of Purchasing and The Subsidiaries of Enterprise Holdings, Inc. set forth on Schedule 1 to the Master Agreement (Referred to as CONTRACTOR). BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO AMEND THE CONTRACT AS FOLLOWS:“Allow one-way rentals within the State of Utah with no drop off fee” with, “ For airport one-way rentals within the State of Utah with a rental return at either an airport or a home city rental location charges will be the daily rate with no drop fee as defined on Schedule 1 of this Amendment.” Effective Date of Amendment: 4/15/2020 All other terms and conditions of the contract, including those previously modified, shall remain in full force and effect.
