The Contractor agrees that all materials related to or produced by the Contractor in the course of performing services under this agreement are the sole property of the Producer. Producer may use and otherwise alter at its sole discretion the products of Contractor’s services hereunder for all purposes in any manner. The Contractor agrees that Producer owns all rights to the Program, including copyright, title, and interest in the results and proceeds of Contractor’s services hereunder, and Contractor has no claim to benefits which the Producer may derive from the Program. Producer may develop, distribute and otherwise exploit the Program and any elements contained therein in any manner without any further obligation to Contractor whatsoever.
