as defined in the Services Agreement (the "Agreement"), between Association Management Solutions, LLC a Delaware Limited Liability Company ("AMS") and the Internet Society, a District of Columbia nonprofit corporation ("ISOC") (each a "Party" and, collectively, the "Parties"). This Statement of Work is subject to, and is made a part of, the Agreement. The effective date of this Statement of Work is the effective date of the Agreement. Terms not defined in this document shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
