This Project Assignment Amendment (PAA) is executed between Ohlone Community College District (“District”) and Gilbane Building Company (“CM”) pursuant to the Agreement for Program Management Services and Optional Construction Management Services (“Agreement”) between the CM and the District dated April 13, 2011 and as amended on February 10, 2015 and April 10, 2019. By this reference, the Agreement is incorporated herein as if set forth in full. This revised PAA supersedes and replaces the entirety of the PAA 37 dated June 12th 2019.
