This Memorandum of Understanding adopted by the Board of Supervisors on October 22, 2019June 27, 2023 sets forth the terms of agreement reached between the County of Orange and the Orange County Employees Association as the Exclusively Recognized Employee Organization for the Community Services Unit for the period beginning June 21, 2019June 30, 2023 through June 29, 2023June 25, 2026. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all provisions shall become effective October 22, 2019June 30, 2023.
