THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is between The University of Texas at El Paso (“University”) and James Senter (“Vice President and Athletics Director”) (collectively, the “Parties”). Effective as of September 1, 2021, this Agreement terminates and replaces any prior agreement between the Parties relating to the employment of James Senter as Athletics Director by the University.
