Ascendant Strategy Management Group, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (“Ascendant”), and City of Bozeman, MT, (“Bozeman”), hereby agree to this ClearPoint Strategy Software & Support Agreement (the “Agreement”). This Agreement incorporates and is subject to the Terms and Conditions attached hereto as Exhibit A, and all references to the Agreement herein shall include the Terms and Conditions.
