This Sub-Account Terms and Conditions agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) governs your use of the Pageflex Pando marketing platform hosted by Pageflex and its Licensors (hereinafter, “Pageflex”, “us” or “we”), provided in conjunction with Promerica Health, LLC (also known as “Horizon Hub Support”) and Catalyst Health Network. Both Promerica Health and Catalyst Health Network are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement as it applies to the Sub-Account’s use of the Pageflex Pando Platform. For purposes of clarity, this Agreement shall not take precedence over the agreements for Services between Pageflex and Promerica Health or between Promerica Health and Catalyst Health Network as they relate to rights and obligations, warranties, indemnifications, and the provision of Services as provided for in those agreements.
